John Young Signed Apollo 16 Official Insurance Cover & Photograph

An official Apollo 16 Insurance cover from the personal collection of Apollo 16 Mission Commander John Young. This NASA Manned Spacecraft Cover is hand signed by John Young on the front and certified by him on the reverse side. This insurance cover is accompanied by a vintage Apollo 16 crew 8" x 10" color photograph on 'A' Kodak Paper. Both of these items are in very good condition.
