Apollo NASA Numbered (L-66-7831) Lunar Orbiter 1 Photograph

This is an original NASA numbered (L-66-7831) Lunar Orbiter 1 photograph from 1966.  This is a rare first mapping image of the Moon (Lunar Surface).  Frame No.116.  This photograph measures 10" x 8" and shows a clear image of the backside (far side) of the Lunar Surface.  It is in excellent condition with very minor toning and handling wear around the edges.  The NASA Langley Research Center detailed description of the image is printed on the reverse side.
