An amazing Skylab 3 Beta Cloth Emblem patch from Ed Gibson's personal collection that has been hand signed by the crew members - Astronaut Ed Gibson, Bill Pogue and Jerry Carr. This Beta Cloth patch is made of a Fiberglas material, a firesafe textile used as insulation in the outer layer of space suits and as reinforcement in the Command Spacecraft, Lunar Module and Lunar Rover. The Skylab 3 emblem is printed on a 9" x 9" sample of this firesafe Beta Cloth. This is a very nice Beta Cloth patch with a crisp printed mission emblem, in excellent condition with minimal wear. Ed Gibson hand wrote under his signature "Patch is from my collection" showing that the item is from his personal collection.
