Rare Commemorative SpaceX Falcon 9 Dragon Medallion with Flown Metal & COA

Limited Edition SpaceX Cots Demo 2+ Falcon 9 Dragon First Commercial Spacecraft to Visit the ISS 5-25-2-12 Medallion containing small piece of copper from Dragon's cargo that was Flown in Space.  The piece of flown copper is incorporated into the sun on the coin. This coin is numbered on the edge of the coin with #1701 of an unknown total number.

It is not often that early SpaceX memorial medallion’s come up for purchase. In this case it was to commemorate and mark the first flight where a privately developed spacecraft attached to the ISS, the beginning of the commercial space industry. This medallion is in the original packaging with Certificate of Authenticity from SpaceX. This is a 2" diameter medallion that is encased in the original plastic case and displayed in the original box.  Coin is in near mint condition and display case is in excellent condition with very minor handling wear.  Box white sleeve does show handling wear.
