American Flag Flown on STS-1 Mission Space Shuttle Columbia Presentation

This First Space Shuttle Mission Award Presentation displays a 6" x 4" American Flag that was Flown aboard the Space Shuttle "Columbia" during the STS-1 Mission.  The American Flag is affixed to a 11" x 8 1/2" presentation that was presented to Lester A. Stewart in recognition for his contribution towards the success of the mission.  The presentation displays the 'printed' signatures of Mission Commander John Young, Pilot Bob Crippen and Christopher Kraft. The flag is in exceptionally clean condition with no visible signs of wear or fading.  This is a beautiful addition to any space enthusiasts collection.
